Currently, our team consists of one member, and that member is the entrepreneur, founder, and CEO of the company.
Let me introduce myself: My name is Arttu Kastinen, and I have created the company Digivaara. I offer easy and convenient solutions to IT problems/needs. My personal and company's goal is to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the service we provide. I want the customer to have a "wow, I was really listened to, and the person remained calm and professional throughout the visit" experience. I believe that a great customer service experience consists of these aspects: listening, understanding, and professionalism.
I have 2 degrees in IT from a vocational college and an Azure Fundamentals certificate. I have also gained valuable experience in IT, working in Service Desk and doing on-site work.
